To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Assymetrix Services may not be available in all regions.
4. Account Registration
Certain features of our Services require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
Assymetrix offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Price Changes: We may modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Your use of payment services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. Rewards Program
Assymetrix may offer a rewards program involving points, credits, or other incentives ("Rewards"). By participating in the Rewards program, you acknowledge and agree that:
Rewards are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency through Assymetrix
Reward features, utility, and distribution are subject to change based on platform development
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations related to Rewards received
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our Services without authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
Use our data to compete directly with Assymetrix without written permission
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our Services without authorization
Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, and analytics—are the exclusive property of Assymetrix or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
9. Third-Party Data and Services
Our Services aggregate and display data from third-party prediction market platforms and other sources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, platforms, or services.
Third-party data is provided "as is" and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions. Your use of or reliance on third-party information is at your own risk. Links to third-party websites do not constitute endorsement.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assymetrix disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
Our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Data or analytics provided will be accurate, complete, or timely
Any results obtained from using our Services will be reliable
Defects or errors will be corrected
11. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Assymetrix does not recommend, endorse, or advise on any prediction market positions, trades, or strategies. Any decisions you make based on information obtained through our Services are made at your own risk and discretion. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
Past performance data displayed on our platform is not indicative of future results. Prediction markets involve substantial risk of loss, and you should never risk more than you can afford to lose.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSYMETRIX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Trading losses or financial damages of any kind
Damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services
Any conduct or content of third parties on or related to our Services
In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Assymetrix in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assymetrix and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Any content you submit or transmit through our Services
14. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using our Services.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

We may delete your account and associated data
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of prepaid fees.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Assymetrix.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Assymetrix regarding your use of our Services.
